Where do I even start....Supernatural has 9 seasons.
The plot changes a lot throughout the series but let's start with the beginning... The story revolves around the Winchester brothers and the series starts with this plot: Sam is a college student that has distanced himself from his family; suddenly one night his brother visits him and asks for his help, his father went out on a hunting trip and hasn't been back. First Sam refuses to help but then he decides to help his brother and thats how the story begins.
Ever wondered why Sam distanced himself from his family? Well, he refused to continue with the family business.
Maybe you don't quite understand this yet, anyways lets continue. You may have thought that their father went out on a regular hunting trip but in reality, their father was able to pick up clues about the demon that killed their mother when they were babies and decided to continue with his research; ever since their mother was killed by this demon their father has been obsessed with killing it.
So basically the family business is saving people from supernatural things, hunting demons and other supernatural beings.
Cute, isn't it? The perfect job for everyone.

Yep. The first five minutes of Supernatural means this; this is how Mary Winchester (Mother of Sam and Dean) is killed by the demon . First five minutes of the first episode. FIRST EPISODE. FIRST FIVE MINUTES.
Which leads me to warning you. This show will definitely keep you on your seat's edge, literally. The show it's full of action and mystery and of course sadness and feels.
The series also has a tremendous fanbase/fandom which is crazy, our crazyness resulted from all the pain and tears and laughing that comes along with this series.
If I could sum up what Supernatural means to me:
I know this series may sound a little...unholy, but I highly recommend it, the series evolves as the seasons go by and it gets more and more interesting, you get to meet new characters and even love or hate them. So definitely watch it.
