Blue Cupcakes

While losing time on the Internet, you know, being productive; we stumbled across this intresting recipe and it reminded us about Percy Jackson obviously, because: Who doesn't love cupcakes or Percy? So we decided to share it with you, demigods.
Quantity: 12 cupcakes.

- Ingredients:
2 eggs
125 g of butter
225 g of sugar
125 ml of milk
270 g of flour
2 tea spoons of yeast
1 tea spoon of vanilla

185 g of confecioner's sugar
125 g of butter
1 spoon of water
6 drops of blue food colorant
3 spoons of blue granule sugar
Pre-heat the oven at 160°C.
Beat the eggs along with the sugar and the butter (the butter must be soften) until you achieve a soft and foaming mix.
Add milk and the already sieved flour with yeast and the vanilla extract.
Continue mixing with the help of an electrical mixer for 2 minutes.
Place the cupcake liners on the tray and pour the mixture that you just prepared.
Bake for 18 minutes at 160°C until they rise.
Retire the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool until they aren't hot (room temperature).
